Thermo Scientific CryoMed Controlled Speed ​​Freezers (CRF) are designed to provide reliability, protection and data traceability for your sample preparation and GMP manufacturing needs. The samples can then be stored in a cryogenic freezer.

• Intuitive touchscreen display allows for easy setup, operation and assessment of a freeze round

Real-time run monitoring for sample protection

• Chamber and sample temperatures are monitored by Type T thermocouples, eliminating lag time and providing "real time" response capability
• Standard alarms to alert users to thermocouple failures, heater failure, high / low temperature limits, temperature logging, power failure and run completion
• Remote alarm contacts
• Optional thermal printer

Reliable temperature performance for high throughput use

• Dual solenoid valves are designed to balance the LN2 injection volume for precise temperature control and accelerated freezing
• Preventive maintenance indicator for LN2 solenoid replacement reduces downtime
• Consistent temperature control and uniformity
  achieved through an air handling system and liquid nitrogen
  injection ring
• Environmentally friendly insulating foam
• Type 304 stainless steel with powder coating on the outside
